1. Introduction
Tickiwi is an open platform where everyone can share their experience. We want to spread the word about good businesses and help others to get better. It is free to use, available to everybody, and build on honesty and transparency.
Before you start using our platform, we would encourage you to read the following paragraphs, so that you understand how the platform works, what we expect from you and what can you expect from us.

When you register an account with Tickiwi, you agree with Tickiwi's Terms of Use as written here. As soon as you register an account with Tickiwi, you automatically agree to these Terms of use. If at any time, you do not agree, or cannot comply with these terms, the registration is not possible, and we would kindly advise to not use the platform. Your use of the platform will be governed by these Terms.
2. Definitions
Member is any person who registers an account with Tickiwi, or any visitor of the platform. A member can be a physical person or a Business, that agrees with Terms of Use. Can also be referred as "You".
Service provider is Tickiwi. Can also be referred as "We", "Us", "Our".
Terms are these Terms of use.
Platform is Tickiwi's webpage and applications.
Usage of the website is allowed to undefined number of users, as long as they agree with these Terms.
You agree to these Terms by doing any of the following: browsing, accessing, searching, writing a review or otherwise using our platform.
3. Joining and using Tickiwi
Tickiwi is directed towards adults who are looking for the best products or best services and are interested in reading or posting reviews for products and services. To make reviews trustworthy, We encourage users to use their real name when creating an account.
The reviews you publish shall be based on your real experience. The review shall be as descriptive as possible. Please do not use bad language, hateful speech or offend people. There is always a nice way to explain things or describe a product or service, even if it was bad.
You cannot have an account with Tickiwi if you're less than 18 years old.
You can only create one account (your own) and use it for your personal purposes. You can create more Business profiles if you have more companies to represent.
As a registered Member you can read reviews, post reviews, report reviews and rate reviews.
We do not take the responsibility for published reviews and their content.
3.1 Personal Account
3.1.1 Register an account
You are allowed to register only one personal account. You shall not register an account on behalf of someone else, nor should you allow another person to access your account.
You should not share username, email address, password, or the verification code with anyone else. If you suspect that your account has been stolen or misused, please Contacto.
Your password is for your personal use only and should be kept confidential. If you allow others to access the account, you agree that such individuals are acting on your behalf and that you are bound by any changes that they may make in the account. This particularly applies to the case when you are managing a Business profile and another user makes changes to your subscription plan.
3.1.2 Delete an account
You can delete your Personal account at any time. This can be done in section My Account. When you delete your Personal account, you will not be able to use your account anymore. Your personal data will be anonymized, but your reviews will stay exactly as they were written. However, we will remove your name from the reviews you posted and assign a random name.
3.2 Business profile
3.2.1 Register a Business profile
After registering on Tickiwi with your Personal account, you can create one or more Business profiles. One profile for each Business that you would like to have registered with Tickiwi and receive reviews.
To register a Business profile, you will need to provide your domain and a business email. After registering, there is a process to follow, how to confirm your account and also to assign your admin rights. Once you are an approved admin for the Business profile, you can edit the profile and configure widgets, to be displayed on your website.
Each Business profile can have a Basic plan. By claiming your business profile page, you will be given access to a business account, through which you can use all the services provided in our Basic plan. You may use these services unless and until your business account is deleted by you or access to it is terminated by us.
3.2.2 Subscriptions
If you would like to have more opportunities to manage your account and have a better access to your reviewers, you can subscribe to one of our plans. Tickiwi provides three different subscription plans for Business accounts with several features. Each Subscription plan has a dedicated features package that is described on the webpage itself (see Plans and pricing). You can always Contact us if you require more information about specific feature.
- Once you subscribe to a plan, your Tickiwi subscription will continue until terminated. To use Tickiwi's services, you must have internet access and provide us with a payment method. Payment method means a current, valid, accepted method of payment. Unless you cancel your subscription before your next billing date, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee for the next billing cycle to your payment method.
- Tickiwi offers various subscription plans. You can see your current subscription plan under My account - My Business profiles - Manage Business profile - Subscription.
- You will be charged for Tickiwi services according to your subscription plan and selected billing cycle. The length of your billing cycle depends on the type of subscription you chose when you sign up for the service. Billing cycle starts with the date you subscribe to a selected plan.
- To use Tickiwi service, you must prove a valid payment method. If your payment method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your account, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid payment method. For some payment methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your payment method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the payment method used. Check with your payment method service provider for details.
- Your payment method is defined at your first purchase and cannot be changed in your account. If you would like to change your payment method, you can either contact us or cancel your current plan and start a new one with a different payment method.
- If you would like to change your subscription plan, please contact us.
- You can cancel your Tickiwi subscription plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Tickiwi service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. To cancel your subscription, go to your Account - My Business profiles - Manage business profile - Subscriptions. Each Business account has its own subscription plan. You can cancel subscription plan individually for each Business account. If you cancel your subscription, your admin rights to the Business profile will automatically end at the end of the billing period and the account will turn into Basic plan.
- We might change our subscription plans (set of features) and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you. If you do not wish to accept the changes to your plan, you can cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
To register a Business profile, you will need to provide your domain and a business email. Each Business profile can have a Basic plan. By claiming your business profile page, you will be given access to a business account, through which you can use all the services provided in our Basic plan. You may use these services unless and until your business account is deleted by you or access to it is terminated by us.
3.2.3 Delete a Business profile
You can delete a Business profile at any time. When you remove your Business profile, you lose your admin rights, but the Business profile stays on our platform, including all reviews.
3.2.4 Free trial
Before you pay for any of the Tickiwi services, we would like to give an opportunity to every member to try all the services for free, for a period of 30 days. Within this period, you will be subscribed to Advanced plan. After 30 days, your subscription will remain with Advanced plan, and you will be charged accordingly. If you'd like to change your plan, please contact us. If you would like to Unsubscribe and cancel the subscription plan, you can do that by the end of any billing period.
3.3 Accessibility to Tickiwi
The website is accessible 24 hours a day, all days in the year. However, Tickiwi reserves the right to restrict access temporarily or permanently to Members, for reasons such as technical maintenance, upgrades or server updates.

4. Reviews
You are responsible for all activities connected with your account, including all the reviews and any user generated content.
We might offer companies that are regularly reviewed on Tickiwi, to include the overall score and latest reviews in their webpage. With this we help businesses to gain credibility. By agreeing to this Terms, you allow us to display your reviews on or service subscriber's webpages.
5. Recommendations and General Terms
You should carefully store your username and password. You should use the services provided according to instructions and guidelines defined in Política de privacidad and Política de privacidad.
Please keep in mind that this is a public platform and misuse can appear. We perform content control and supervision of all posted reviews and also encourage Members to report any reviews including violence, hate speech, spam, false information, or unauthorized sale.
Reviews are note moderated. We strive to achieve honesty and transparency, therefore Members are not able to delete or edit reviews. Only Tickiwi can remove reviews, if they are flagged as reported.
As a Member you agree to:

- Not post fake reviews
- Not undermine the security or integrity of Tickiwi's platform
- Not post any threats, hateful speech, stalk, harm or harass others
- Not communicate with other users impersonating someone else
- Not use this website for commercial, illegal or any other purposes as described in these Terms of Use
- Not store personal data, posts or content from other users
- Not act in any manner that is abusive or disrespectful to other Members, Tickiwi's staff, partners or any other user of the platform
- Not use any code or malware or anything else that could harm the service provided in this webpage.
- Not modify, copy, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or extract the source code of any part of Tickiwi's platform.
- Not to use Tickiwi's platform for the purposes of developing or providing any service or functionality which competes with this platform.
6. Violation of Terms
Tickiwi reserves the right to delete an account of Members who are violating these Terms of Use, or are actively working against them.
7. Your rights
You have the right to delete your account at any time. This means you will not have the ability to post reviews anymore, you will not be able to rate reviews or report reviews. Please note that the reviews you already published, will remain on our website.
8. Changes
Tickiwi reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service at its own discretion, at any time, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability.
Tickiwi can apply changes to these Terms of use at any time without notice. Member agrees to sporadically check these Terms of Use. If Member does not agree or cannot comply to these Terms of Use, he or she shall immediately stop using the webpage. Otherwise, the Member agrees with all new changes.
9. Disclaimer of liability
9.1 Disclaimer
The information contained on the Platform is for general information purposes only. Tickiwi assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the contents of the Platform.
In no event shall Tickiwi be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or the contents of it. Tickiwi reserves the right to make additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents on the Platform at any time without prior notice.
Tickiwi does not warrant that the Platform or any services associated, are free of viruses or other harmful components.
9.2 External links disclaimer
The Platform might contain links to external websites that are not provided or maintained by or in any way affiliated with Tickiwi. Please note that Tickiwi does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information on these external websites.
9.3 Errors Disclaimer
The information given on the Platform is for general guidance on matters of interest only. Tickiwi cannot take any responsibility for the content, insults or any damage that might results from the content on the Platform.
9.4.Reviews disclaimer
Reviews published by Members are their sole responsibility and the members will take full responsibility, liability and blame for any libel or litigation that results from something written in or as a direct result of something written in a Review. Tickiwi is not liable for any comment published by members and reserves the right to delete any comment for any reason whatsoever.
9.5 Responsibility Disclaimer
Tickiwi is an independent Platform and therefore cannot be liable for either success or failure of companies being reviewed. In no event shall Tickiwi be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with access or use or inability to access or use the Platform.
9.6 "Use at your own risk" disclaimer
All information in the Platform is provided "as is", with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or of the results obtained from the use of this information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Tickiwi will not be reliable to Members or anyone else for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the information given by the Platform or for any consequential, special or similar damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
