We made an online reservation a few weeks before the start of our stay, for a transfer from Alicante Airport to Benidorm...
On September 2, 2024, once we arrived at Alicante Airport, we went to the office with our printed reservation documents, the office had no trace of them in their computer... (I have the printed documents in my hand, however)...
Yes,... !!! But NO!!!
The office attendant then phones to find out the reason for this problem...
She explained that Terravision had forgotten to encode our reservation in their reservation management system...
Yes, but look, I've got the printed documents in my hand, attesting to this reservation, proof of payment in due form...
Yes,... !!! But NO!!!
So we couldn't be transferred despite our documents...
We had to go to a car rental agency (CENTAURO), which resulted in additional costs that were absolutely unforeseen...
As soon as we arrived, I sent an e-mail to Terravision requesting a refund for a service that was not honored due to a problem for which we are in no way responsible...
This e-mail was sent on September 3, and almost 3 weeks later, apart from this reply stating that they were "studying" the case, nothing has happened...
It's a simple case:
PAYMENT FOR SERVICE
NO SERVICE
REFUND
As far as we are concerned:
Once but NEVER twice with this company, which lacks seriousness and professionalism in its management...
