"Not recommended at all"
I cannot recommend this store at all!!! I ordered bike shoes, which I had a total of 8 weeks in my possession, of which only four weeks worn and the shoes have now already had signs of wear after the first bike ride - fabric has opened on the inside.So of course I complained immediately, because it is unacceptable to me that the shoes break so quickly! After all, you have paid money for quality! Now the shoes are not taken back, no solution is suggested at all, catastrophic customer treatment!!!!It is claimed that the shoes have been broken, which is simply a lie.Furthermore, the shoes are offered to be sent to the company for further inspection, to Austria, at your own expense of course.So conclusion: I have only about three months old shoes that have already broken, the company treats its customers absolutely disastrous, product is demonstrably defective and you are left alone with these broken goods, which has cost money.I do not recommend this store at all, because they only sell the goods but if the goods are defective, customers are left alone!
