RIP-OFF Merchants AVOID AT ALL COSTS.... Purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023 and was sent a link to download from Adobe and a product Key by email After downloading and starting the installation at 30% in it crashed with error code 183, I checked a few Forums and found this was a common problem with PE2023 and Win11, Adobe blame Microsoft and Microsoft say the fault is firmly with Adobe. With this information I contacted Blitzhandel24 to report the issue and find a solution or a refund as the product did not work and the Key is unused. They have refused to refund me as the Adobe web site says it’s suitable for Win11. FEEBLE EXCUSE - Their Customer Service is appalling The person answering my emails was Rimi Dorn – Sales Manager Polite but useless he just sent links to the Adobe website with suggested fixes none of which worked. If you are considering PE 2023 you can download a free 30 day trial from Adobe, PE 2024 is also available as a 30 day free trial and this does install in Win11 (23H2).
