"If they make a mistake, you pay for it!"

I had an order cancelled, to them saying they made a mistake in uploading the price on the on Line shop.
Contacted by customer service saying I made a mistake but they would not provide me with what I purchased if I did not pay the difference ended up at the full price they quoted, to my saying I purchased it and paid for it at the price displayed and expect it to be shipped, they taunt me saying to go around to the ''Chinese'' To check prices and that they would never ship it by sending back payment.
But why is it that if I make a mistake I always pay for my mistakes and these never do?
I have not even been offered even a small commercial action to make up for their actions, I certainly don't trust them anymore! I will never purchase from them again.
