"My parcel hasn't arrived so I want my money back!"

Hi, I recently ordered and paid for a cell phone from you. According to the delivery information, it was supposed to arrive on September 11 (yesterday), but it still hasn't arrived. I waited until late at night, but the package is still not here. Could you please check if there's a problem with the delivery? If it doesn't arrive in the next few days, I'll ask for a refund.
