Robert Zurgilgen has been working in the bakery for more than 24 years. His wife Marlene Zurgilgen completed her training as a pastry chef-confectioner with Rainer Imwinkelried from 1982 to 1985. Their daughter, Nicole Ritz-Zurgilgen, also trained as a baker-confectioner with Rainer and successfully completed her training in 2011. She then trained as an EFZ commercial clerk at an external company. Fabian Zurgilgen, the youngest member of the Zurgilgen family of six, trained as an EFZ chef with the Michlig family at the Hotel Restaurant Catering Tenne in Gluringen. After successfully completing his training, he spent one and a half years gaining experience at the Hotel Alpenblick Fieschertal, Restaurant Albrun Binn and as a fourier in the military.
