Catering Zaraz Gastronomie

The company ZARAZ was founded on June 1, 2010 by Araz Abram. In the previous years, he gained experience as a chef in six different countries, in various culinary traditions of Michelin star gastronomy. This experience is incorporated into all areas of the kitchen, ensuring that the assortment is always of high quality. ZARAZ - this name is not only the baptismal name of Araz, the founder and owner of ZARAZ GmbH. The Polish word "ZARAZ" means something like "immediately" / "actually" or "rapidly" or "directly" and intends to reflect the company's philosophy of offering rapid and uncomplicated services. Moreover, the word ZARAZ is also a so-called palindromo (in ancient Greek means "to run backwards"), that is a word that turns out the same if read on the contrary. In a figurative sense, this means that our concept has a solid foundation; in other words, it works from A to Z - from beginning to end and vice versa, because after service is before service.

In the fall of 2021, we founded ZARAZ Garten Gastronomie GmbH, which specializes in the production and delivery of lunch menus for both men and schools as well as in the event industry.

We are ambitious and we want to do our job very well. However, we can also enjoy the success of others, because we do not see it as our failure, but because it shows what is fundamentally possible. And this spurs us to fix our asticella a little higher, where possible and sensible.
