Waterjet technology

High-pressure waterjet cutting is an alternative cutting method that complements traditional mechanical and thermal processes. An oleodynamic pump generates the necessary oil operating pressure (200 bar), which is transferred to the water through an oil/water oscillating cylinder with a ratio of 20:1.

Innovative process, efficient production

Waterjet cutting is particularly effective when conventional processes offer only inadequate quality. There is no need for additional work for subsequent processing or lower process speed. Because during water-jet cutting there is no gas or vapours, the process is also safe, clean and environmentally friendly.

Water jet also cuts different layers of material

It is almost never introduced heat in the material to be cut (because the cutting process is mechanical). The maximum temperature can be about 60°C. This does not affect the structure of the material

Conductive and non-conductive materials can be cut, hard and soft (for example, wood, plastic, leather, rubber, aluminum, glass, ceramic, stone, paper, etc.

Can be used in combination with a CAD/CAM system

Water jet ensures that chips do not 'float' in the air
