My story

What could describe my vocation better than I was born in northern Germany in a family of hair specialists. They are the fourth generation of a dynasty of hairdressers well known in the area of Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover. My family has lived the Figaro tradition since 1888, in eight hair salons managed by my parents and brothers. My father himself continued to form over a hundred juniors. And therefore it is not surprising that I started this profession in the best possible conditions. After the apprenticeship, I went to the Heidelberg master school to perfect my training. As a master newly qualified hairdresser, I established myself in Zurich and was discovered by the hairdresser star and trendsetter Charles Aellen, where I perfected my knowledge and skills under his egida for five years and allowed me to mature my strengths and personal talents. As a specialist in perfect color shades, more precise cuts and more creative solutions, I opened my Hammerstrass salon in 2013
