I. EXECTION AND PREVENTION

1. we commit ourselves to a care of professional fabrics, careful, respectful of materials and aware of the environment

2. the usual methods and practices of the sector are indicated in the definitions published by the Swiss Association for Textile Care (information sheet on practices).

3. the professional of the textile assistance can require increased prices established in the list for special items (high risk items, expensive items and/or high intensity material, etc.

4. the number of articles or quantities counted by the textile service company are decisive for delivery, return and billing.

5. separate provisions apply to leasing and rental linen. II. RESPONSIBILITY 1. the prerequisite for the responsibility of the care company of the tissues is the duration of the articles when treated according to the procedure recommended on the label of care of the tissues. In the absence of labelling for tissue care, the professional of tissue care must rely on his specialist knowledge and on the intended use of the article; liability is expressly rejected in the absence of labelling for tissue care.

3. the need for special treatment must be evident; in particular because of detectable sensitive properties or dirt requiring special treatment. The care symbols and/or care instructions on the tissue care label are decisive for the tissue care professional.

4. the professional of the textile assistance can accept the order of care with reserve (the so-called reserve statement).

5. the order of care is established as an order under OR 394 and following. A successful guarantee is excluded. III.
