Building spans (also known as building profiles or building visors) are used in Switzerland to visualize construction projects. This is intended to show all those affected on site whether and to what extent the new building project will affect the surrounding area.
The corner points and dimensions of a planned building are marked out.
A building frame must be erected before the building application is submitted and must generally remain in place until the building permit and any appeal proceedings have been legally completed.
Sivag-Lucerne AG has been erecting such construction frames since 1992. We profile everything with our system. Whether it's a new building on a greenfield site, a skylight on the roof, an extension in the middle of the city or a roof structure in the backyard.
We also carry out surveying work, site and building surveys, erect scaffolding and scaffolding towers in urban areas as well as the viewing platform on the southern slope.
