On the third floor of the headquarters of the Mendrisiotto ambulance service (SAM), in Via Beroldingen 3 in Mendrisio, the Regional Dentario Medical Service (SMDR) is operating. The Service is a dental clinic equipped with four independent studies with the possibility of traditional radiology and in three dimensions (3D) and offers to citizens Momo’ quality care and performance, with competence and professionalism at advantageous rates.

The care and grip are characterized by a holistic approach to person and its needs. The staff can also accommodate disabled people with special needs. Our multidisciplinary team is able to offer the following services:

Dr. Cristiano Savioli, Head of Health SMDR - member SSO and OMDCT -, coordinates the Team of 14 people including additional 3 dentists (Dr.ssa Francesca Bruno - Dr.ssa Marina Nogic - Dr. Claudio Musati), 3 dental hygienists, 1 prophylaxis assistant, 5 dental assistants and 1 dental assistant apprentice in training.

The Regional Dentarian Medical Service - SAM is the center of dental medicine of the region operating in agreement with the 14 Municipalities of Mendrisiotto.

This important regional reality was born in 2005, thanks to a series of reflections already gained in the middle of the 1990s.
