It's been a long time since the Hermann bakery was founded by Josef Hermann in Dorfplatz 12 in 1928. Already then, bakery customers could sit at one of the two tables and enjoy the bakery products in peace. Today, the Hotel & Restaurant zum Beck belongs to Christen Beck AG and lives according to his philosophy to use only the best local ingredients and to prepare everything from scratch.

In our à la carte menu you will find a delicious selection for breakfast, for intermediate meals and for a cozy dinner. For lunch, we offer three menus that change every day with meat, fish and vegetarian options from Monday to Friday.

We're also a hotel.

We are a 3-minute walk from the Stansstad landing on Lake Four Cantons and 6 km from Pilatus. The Hammetschwand lift, a vertical lift on a rocky wall overlooking the lake, is 16 km away. The 11 cosy rooms individually decorated with wooden floors offer Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, as well as a private bathroom. A breakfast with homemade bakery products is offered.
