Our history

The Jordan restaurant has been owned by the family since 1961 and Xaver Haas has been running the traditional Sarnen restaurant for over 44 years according to proven quality criteria.

We have great importance for high quality cuisine, housewife and seasonal, where the value for money is just 100 percent.

In 1986, we added the pizzeria Gjordano to our restaurant, renovating the former butcher shop. The original fireplace room, with an open fireplace, has a large wood oven since 1997. Here we prepare for her pizzas cooked in wood according to the ancient method. We are also known for our table grill.

Thanks to our flexibility, even the most numerous groups are welcome in our restaurant at any time. We have the right space for each group. Let yourself be inspired by our video. We look forward to visiting her!
