Attinente di Magliaso, Roberto “Cio” Monti, born in Lugano on 04/03/1951 and since 1988 he has been married to Daniela from whom he had 2 children Lara and Alex, lives at the mills of Neggio since 1971. He began training as a catastral designer, after graduation of exhibitors and later an entrepreneur of funeral honors with the achievement of the federal certificate in 2007. The company was founded in 1976 with the father Cio (senior) who already worked in the branch. Over the years the funeral company has been and is appreciated for seriousness and professionalism. For a few years, his wife Daniela has also joined the company, who currently runs it with Cio and also she, at the end of November 2021, obtained the federal certificate, first and only woman in Ticino.

The company subsequently moved to Via Ai Mulini in Magliaso, building a warehouse, office and a private mortuary room.
