Our history

The restaurant Oi Ma' was born from the heart and passion of the Tortora family for Italian and Neapolitan cuisine.

But then, Oi Ma, what does that mean?

Ma' is the mother, the Italian mother who is called to the south, more precisely in the Neapolitan dialect, saying Oi Ma', where are you, where are you?

Oi Ma' is just this, the south, a warm and familiar atmosphere and an immersion in a strictly Neapolitan environment to explore the flavors, smells and exclusive colors of Campania that Maurizio Tortora tried to recreate with such passion and love.

It is impossible not to be tempted by an excellent Neapolitan pizza, easy to digest and seasoned with authentic and quality ingredients.

In addition to pizza, Maurizio's restaurants are known for fresh pasta, prepared by his wife Silvia, with recipes handed down from generation to generation.

It is his passion for culinary art and the importance of entrusting himself to a competent and collaborative team that made him a great restaurateur abroad.
