CHRISTINE & PIERRE MERGEL......stand "with heart and soul" in front of and behind the bar and, since January 2018, "the chef" has also been personally behind the stove, so that the culinary delights are prepared just as his guests expect them to be.The personal and friendly contact with the guests has always been a priority.The last time you worked at the Landgasthof Klus (Aesch) was for 9 years and here at the Mühle Allschwil you have found a new and wonderful challenge, which, with its fantastic ambience, has contributed a lot to taking on this demanding task.
