With the motivation to look after your property, residential or commercial building competently and professionally, I founded my company monninCLEAN Facility Services in January 2020.I am a trained specialist in operational maintenance EFZ, have 13 years of professional experience in the facility industry and have completed numerous further training courses in the field of special cleaning and building protection. I am convinced that my specialist knowledge and the high quality of my work will be well received by customers.

Maintenance of the stairwell and general premises

A property should always make a neat and clean first impression. We fulfill this requirement by visiting and cleaning the properties on a regular basis. The cleaning work is carried out with the most modern and environmentally conscious equipment (e.g. battery-powered vacuum cleaners) to achieve efficient results wirelessly. We use Ecolabel-certified cleaning agents.

Repairs

monninCLEAN Facility Service also carries out various repairs. From changing a light bulb to coordinating with external specialist companies, e.g. washing machine service or chimney sweep appointments.

Technical maintenance  / Heating support

The many different heating systems are looked after by monninCLEAN Facility Services. The maintenance of a pellet system or a wood chip heating system, a heat pump, gas or district heating system as well as the classic oil heating  and combination systems etc. are very demanding with today's external requirements.
