PortraitOur company was founded in 1970 under the name Michel-Grunauer &; Cie. When the company was subsequently transformed into stock companies in 1972, the initials of the three members of that time, R. Michel, H. Grunauer and R. Wolfelsperger, were incorporated into our social reason, which is still valid, such as the memorable abbreviation MGW Immobilien AG. This despite the first two associates dismissed at the end of 1986 and the company was subsequently managed by Richard Wolfelsperger, a federally certified property trustee, on his own. Meanwhile, his two sons Boris and Michael Wolfelsperger joined the company, thus ensuring the continuity of our business. Three other family members complete the total workforce of 9 full-time or partial employees. Our premises, in which we moved in 1988, are conveniently located in the Gellert district, with free parking nearby.
