The range of products now includes cheese and fresh fish. The slaughterhouse produces all sausages and other meat products directly. The specialties include the popular smoked sausages, deer sausages and game sausages, as well as raw bacon, blood sausages and liver and dry meat. There are also all kinds of meat cuts to be grilled, roasted or cooked on slow fire. On order, beautifully decorated meat trays are also available.
