We are a small butcher in the center of the beautiful Canton of Thurgau. Quality and regionality are our main priorities. We put the heart and soul in our slaughterhouse.

Freshness and high quality are very important to us, so it can happen that a product is temporarily unavailable.

On request it is possible to make almost all menus. We are happy to meet your wishes. Just ask us.

Quality and regionality are closely linked to us

Our slaughter animals are taken to our slaughterhouse by the producers themselves or picked up by us at the lifter. Before slaughtering, each animal is checked by our veterinarian Heinz Schläpfer to verify its health.

This means that we can provide information about the origin of each piece of meat at any time in our specialized store.
