who we are

The renowned Macelleria Cereghetti has just experienced a generational change that has seen Piero and Sabrina continue the centuries-old tradition of Castel San Pietro. The survival of recipes and flavors is guaranteed by Piero's experience, which has been working for us since 1991.

The pork we work comes almost exclusively from the Sargenti farm in Giubiasco. Pigs that are still grown in good condition in favor of genuineness and taste.

The beef is made from animals that we withdraw from Ticinesi breeders, mainly they are animals grown in the Muggio Valley, in Novazzano or on the Agno floor.

All our products come directly from the slaughterhouse and are prepared until the final packing with our hands.
