Frey Fabio

Already as a child in my father's arm, butcher's meatmaker, I was a passion for this beautiful profession, which led me to follow my father's footsteps in 1975. After about 5 years of practice at the butcher shop Mario Sciaroni in Bellinzona, I retired my father's butcher shop, which had been opened in 1953 until 1957 and then rented it to third parties until June 6, 1980. It is from this date that the mill Frey opens its doors, with a worker to my dependencies, to celebrate the thirty years, on June 6, 2010, with 4 workers. In my butcher shop I have always chosen the best for my clients, and it is with this motto that I have had beautiful satisfactions. In these years I have always updated myself participating in different courses, which have returned useful to me to serve my clients best.

The 30th year of activity was celebrated on June 5, 2010, many customers participated in the day dedicated to this event. During the aperitif, various specialties of grilled meat and quality affections were served, all accompanied by music and joy.
