About Ristorante Locanda Orico da Albrici
My passion for cooking began as a child, when I spent my holidays in the Graubünden and enjoyed exploring every corner of the Hotel of my grandparents.
My restaurant is a combination of Italian and French taste and points everything on quality. A quality that starts from the selection of products, all fresh and of first choice. I offer a light kitchen, without altering food and flavors. Our food card is entirely replaced at the beginning of each season and the tasting menu is renewed every month.
Recognition
Restaurant Locanda Orico has the awards of a Michelin Star Guide and 16/20 Gault & Millau points (Aufsteiger des Jahres 2003) and in 2021 he received the Swiss culinary Merit award. It is also well listed in other guides such as La Suisse Gourmande and Le Guide Bleu. He is also a member of Les Grandes Tables de Suisse, San Pellegrino Sapori Ticino, Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and Commanderie des Cordons Bleus de France.

I was lucky to help the Frédy Girardet Restaurant brigade.
My name is Lorenzo Albrici, since 1998 I have worked as a chef who owns the Restaurant Locanda Orico. I spent several years working as a cook, during the winter seasons in the kitchens of large Hotels of Engadin and in the summer seasons in big hotels of other important Swiss cities.
