About Les Frères Dubois SA
It is in the Dézaley vineyard, created 800 years ago, that the Dubois brothers have been perpetuating the winemaking tradition since 1927.
The wines are matured in the deep cellars of "Petit Versailles", a building constructed in the early 19th century whose style was inspired by the golden rules of French architecture.
A modern pressing and vinification facility linked to the traditional maturation of wines in large oak barrels brings out the characters and subtleties of our wines.
Our estate
A collaboration of three generations who share the same passion for the vine and the wines made from it.
These entrepreneurial winemakers complement each other admirably, supported by their wives, in a close and indispensable collaboration.
Pushed by long experience and committed to research of the highest level, the Dubois family is entirely dedicated to the demands of Grand Cru winemaking.
The latest discoveries can be paralleled with ancient methods to discover and pinpoint all the subtleties enabling the enhancement of Chasselas, a grape variety that expresses the diversity of our terroirs so well.
In this way, Les Frères Dubois, firmly rooted in tradition, transmit, through their Crus, the image of a prestigious Swiss Vineyard.
Oenothèque du Petit Versailles
Cully
" Lavaux, a land of fantastic landscapes, steep, clinging to the slope thanks to your stone walls, trapped between lake and sky, you remain a witness to man's alliance with his land."
Isn't the most sublime thing to taste wine in the vineyard, facing the lake, in the shade of an arbour?
Our wine cellar, with its stone floor reminiscent of vineyard walls, high ceiling to feel the sky and the scenery on the wall, captured by photographer Régis Colombo, transports us to a space outside of time and stress to enjoy the moment and taste "Lavaux" all in your glass.
