About Restaurant Le Farinet

With its dome and wrought iron balustrades, the Farinet is an amazing view in Montana. Its bell-shaped roof resembles the Art Nouveau style. It was the first framed building in the region, which means that the structure consists of concrete poles rather than solid walls. The resulting structural rhythm is visible on the facade. The terrace surrounding the building manages the slope of the road. Slightly raised, it is an ideal place to observe the passersby.

The renovation of the building, which took place in 2007, updated some of the original features, such as the staircase that provides direct access to the main entrance on the corner of the building.

The Farinet, despite its modest size, transmits a decidedly urban image. Hitting the staircase and the entrance into the corner of the building, the architect wanted to mark its position at the crossroads of two roads, as it would be for one block.
