History

Dr. Peter Von der Mühll soon joined the partnership, thus turning the studio into a notary office. Until the entrance of Andreas Waldmann in 1982, this trio worked together without changes. In 1987, he joined Dr. Heinz Lukas Faesch, son of the founder of the firm, who since 2004 has been president of the Basel-City Criminal Court.

With the entry of Daniel Olstein in 1991, our firm took the name of Waldmann Faesch & Partner, becoming the first law firm with a company name in Basel.

Today we operate under the name of WALDMANN PETITPIERRE.

Private customers

Benefit from a cure that no individual lawyer can offer in front of the rapidly evolving legal requirements of today. However, we focus on areas of the right in which we have a higher competence than the average, such as matrimonial, family and divorce law, successor law, notary services, insurance law, the right of circulation and criminal law of circulation.
