Langel Marcel

We are a family-run company run by Marcel and Régine with his daughter Anouk.

In 1947, Herbert Langel, orologist and tailor, and his wife Jeannette, founded the jewellery in Saxon. In 1960, the Langel family moved to Martigny and opened the watch and jewelry store on Avenue de la Gare 25. In 1981, after four years of studies at the Technicum de Bienne watchmaking school and the diploma of orology and tailor in his pocket, his son Marcel entered the family business. In 1989, after 20 years of work in Swissair and after becoming the first Valaisian cabin assistant woman, Herbert's daughter and Jeannette, Patricia, joined the jewellery company. In 2004 the jewelry industry was expanded with Marcel's wife, Régine. In 2011, Anouk also joined the company and in 2016 he obtained the Federal Diploma as a watch sales consultant.
