With about 20 employees, we at Emil Landsrath AG represent more than 165 years of tradition in the field of roofing and rolling stock. In the long history of the company, our range of services has been continuously expanded and modernized. We combine tradition and innovation. Among other things, we cover the roofs of the most precious architectural monuments in the region.

Tablets

Landsrath literally climbed on the roofs of his clients since 1854. Whether new constructions or renovations, tilted roofs or flat roofs, as well as maintenance of facades and roofs: we recommend and serve quickly and professionally. The tradition of the trade of roofs is very important for our company. The work in the historic centre of Basel and the surrounding area is part of our daily programme. We make complete renovations of roofs, in line with the wishes and dreams of our customers.

Lattonieri

Our lattoners have an eye for damaged metallic coatings, gutters and blocked exhaust pipes and are quickly on site when there is need for help. We are available for all the works of lattonery inside and outside the house, for the transformations, the renovations and, of course, for all the services.

Lightning protection

It has a thickness of a few centimeters, but each meter shines like a million 100 watt bulbs: lightning. Lightning generates temperatures up to 30,000 degrees at the impact point. If a building is burned, the fire spreads explosively. Especially in our region, where storms are frequent, it is therefore a good idea to take precautions against lightning within its four walls.
