About La Carte Gourmande
LA CARTE GOURMANDE is a restaurant based in Vernier, Geneva, whose ambition is to serve fresh, high quality and local food, with particular attention to the "traditional cuisine made to the old way" (no regeneration kitchen). We squeeze our apple juice and produce our wine with local products. A "Fourchette verte" menu is served daily.
This space also serves to develop reintegration/observation/employment, in a welcoming and socially useful place. Come and try it and tell others: meals are based on local cuisine, with seasonal dishes and fresh products, all at a good price, of course! From fondue to Thai prawns, to Basque, Spanish and Oriental dishes, and so on. The dishes often change compared to the fixed menu.consulta our dishes on the day of the week
