Our History

The Brix Laboratory was found in 2018 by Monica and Jody, a couple of pastries with a passion for desserts and gastronomy. With years of experience in the industry, they decided to open their pastry shop to offer high quality products and a personalized catering service for weddings and parties.

Monica and Jody highly qualified are dedicated to creating unique and personalized desserts for every occasion.
