Kuskus in Palermo is a couscousseria pizzeria specialized in the preparation of couscous "coached" by hand. All dishes of the menu belong to the Mediterranean gastronomy and make Kuskus a workshop of traditional flavors. Among other specialties, to be enjoyed in the small restaurant or to take away, there are the "Rianata", the typical pizza Trapanese, the "busiata", the paëlla and an inimitable Soup di Pesce lla Trapanese.
