First precautions in case of death:

At the time of death in hospital / nursing home or nursing home, the doctor in turn checks death and signs the medical certificate of death. The family is free to choose their own funeral service, which will be informed by the closest relatives of the death and the methods of management of the same.

In case of death at home, a doctor must first ascertain the death and certify it with his signature, before the funeral manager of his choice may transfer the deceased.

In case of unclear death (suicide, accident or if the cause of death is dubious), it is always necessary to call before the police, which will start the next steps.

Registration must be completed within 48 hours of death with medical certificates of death provided for this purpose. The relatives can do it alone or deliver everything to the funeral agency.
