We strive to keep waiting times as short as possible.

Emergency:

We accept emergencies during the consultation time at any time, if possible with early telephone notification.

Outside of the consultation time, on public holidays and during the holidays, you will be informed of the telephone number of the Zurich emergency service through the phone of the study.

Visit at home:

After telephone agreement outside the consultation time.

We will also be happy to order you an animal taxi or an animal ambulance.
