About Juillerat Lepori Architectes & Partenaires SA
Our current office traces its origins in 1915 with the creation of Gilliard et Godet, then since the 1950s under the name of Jean-Pierre Cahen and in the 1990s through the study of Paul Juillerat, to which he joined Lauro Lepori in 2012 to create the studio Juillerat Lepori architectes & Partenaires SA. Conscious of the needs and wishes of our customers, our study attaches great importance to the architecture of the object, to the respect of the budget, to the deadlines, to the technical quality and, last but not least, to functionalism. With this philosophy, we believe we act as a valuable partner. Since the 1950s, we have worked on a wide range of projects, including residential complexes for workers, churches and religious centers, housing for the elderly (Val Fleuri and Val Paisible foundations), industrial buildings (Bobst, Sicpa, Serono), administrative centers and corporate offices (CIO, Bobst, Malley-Viaduc), sports centres (badminton in Malley, corporate sports center) and hospital projects (associated to construction). The most recent projects of the last 25 years include houses and subsidized housing, renovations, administrative buildings (restoration of Tetra Laval, extension of the headquarters of the CIO, renovation of the Debrunner building, municipal administrations of Epalinges and Cugy), school buildings (Collège de la Croix-Blanche in Epalinges, Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (in association with Architram), industrial buildings The study is also affiliated with the following professional associations: SIA, UPIAV, CSEA and GPA Vaud.
