Your safety is our concern. Regular electrical inspections of plants and appliances are not only advisable, but also required by law. The owner is obliged to control its electrical installations (every 20 years in residential buildings). This inspection is carried out by an independent supervisory body. It must be a company that has not been involved in the design or construction of the plant.

In the case of new installations in commercial, agricultural or public buildings, independent acceptance inspection is also required.

Periodic checks

Electrical installations in residential properties must be controlled every 20 years to ensure safe long-term use. (In the commercial sector, periodic inspections are carried out every 5-10 years. )

Final inspections

A final inspection must be carried out after completion of an installation to ensure safety.

Acceptance inspections

After completion of an installation in the commercial sector an acceptance inspection must be carried out. This must be carried out by an independent control body/accredited control center. Independent means that the inspector has not been involved in design or construction.

Sample controls

In accordance with Art. 33 Paragraph 2 Frase 1 NIV, network managers are obliged to check the accuracy of safety certificates of independent control bodies. This obligation is fulfilled through random controls.
