The power partner when it comes to its residential property As an independent and centennial cooperative, the Basel City House Owners Association protects and promotes the interests of property owners at a public and legislative level. To this end, it supports all the efforts needed to preserve private property and to the wide distribution of the property of houses, land and condominiums. On the other hand, HEV Basel-Stadt provides real estate evaluation services and advice on all property issues at its office.
