We have been working on the name of the studio since the end of December 2012. For me it was like the birth of a child. Many thoughts were written, drawn and increasingly thought focused on the heart. Many people might wonder why the heart, and perhaps it is also clear to many people who know me. For me, people and their hearts come first of all, I want to touch people in their hearts, starting from my heart. This connection allows healing as a whole. The point for me at the moment is also "to be there, to persevere and to develop further". Now the name "Herzpunkt Naturheilpraxis" is in the center for me and also my new studios are in the center.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is probably the most known Chinese medicine treatment method in the West and consists in stimulating certain parts of the body (acupuncture tips) with a thin disposable needle.

In my study, I also use the ear / skull / skull / laser and color acupuncture.

Cupping

Coptic therapy uses a hollow body that is placed on the skin to create a negative pressure, a procedure that has been used in different cultures and medical systems.

Moxibustion, or moxa in short

It is a heat treatment that uses a cone or a cigar of moxa. The dried leaves of artemisia (artemisia vulgaris) are used. Moxa is applied selectively and selectively, usually on acupuncture points or where the main pain is located. Large areas of the skin are treated over the joints or reflex areas of the internal organs.
