The Konsumhof offers comfortable apartments suitable for the elderly and a Spitex station directly in the building. The immediate proximity to the train station, to various commercial facilities and the lake, further improves the attractive quality of life. Residents also have access to a common room, which is used for regular meetings of tenants.
