We ask you to bring the insurance card and, if necessary, the vaccination certificate to the first visit.

If you are insured according to the basic doctor's model, the health insurance company requires you to consult your basic doctor first for all health problems, unless this is possible in case of emergency. We family doctors can cure most diseases alone.

If necessary, we consult specialists or, in case of multiple diseases, we coordinate treatment with different specialists. We recommend this model because studies show that the quality of medical care is better and you can also save it. The "real GP models" are characterized by a contract between the health insurance company and the basic doctor, unlike the so-called list models.

We always try to comply with consultation times and improve our procedures. However, please provide sufficient time. Often you will receive the appointment 15 minutes before the scheduled medical examination, so that the assistants of the study can perform in advance examinations such as the measurement of blood pressure or blood sampling.

We are a training and refinement study. It is therefore possible that you be treated by a person in formation. Thanks to proper supervision at the level of training, however, we can offer you the same medical standard, or even better care thanks to the principle of 4 eyes. Training staff helps us keep us updated on the latest developments.

A doctor is always responsible for you. This is documented in the history. As a rule, you will receive an appointment with this doctor. In case of emergency or absence of the doctor, an appointment with another doctor will be set.
