Breathing is a vital function of the body. Respiratory control is an extremely complex regulatory mechanism and depends on many factors.

Breathing not only influences all bodily functions, it is also centrally involved in emotions, physical expression and vocal and communication behavior. The number of breaths depends on the state of health. This means that a well-trained person can reduce the number of breaths, while the number of breaths increases if they are in a poor general condition or emotionally agitated.

Dynamic and flexible breathing supports physical balance and well-being. Balanced breathing manifests itself in vitality, expressiveness, flexibility, physical posture and the sound of the voice.

Every inhalation and exhalation creates a movement in the body that spreads throughout the body in waves. The breathing treatments sense the breathing movements and the tension in the body's tissues. The aim is to restore the natural dynamics of healthy breathing. The treatments are carried out over the clothes or directly on the skin, as is the case with a breathing massage. The therapy is accompanied by the instruction of suitable breathing exercises that support the process of harmonizing breathing.
