Founded in 2002 as "F&P Services SA", the company became "Dynafisc Frôté SA" in 2022 following the development of new skills and in particular the integration of Dynafisc SA and F&P Conseils SA.

Dynafisc Frôté SA was created with the aim of offering consulting and administrative services to companies and their managers and owners. In addition to its expertise, it leverages the capabilities of the law firm Frôté & Partner SA and the wealth management company Schoeb Frôté SA, thus offering, under the F&P brand, comprehensive consulting services extended to all legal and financial areas.
