Restaurant Don Jose

The tapas menu of Don Jose is very wide: grilled cuttlefish, croquettes, tortillas, anchovies, olives, albondigas (polpette), Iberian ham, calamari and much more, small hot and cold dishes to share, just like in Spain.

All ingredients come directly from Spanish suppliers. José Fraile wants to bring in Switzerland the Spanish culture of tapas, the uncomplicated encounter with a glass of wine and refined appetizers.

In the à la carte menu you will find mixed fish trays with cuttlefish and prawns, octopus à la gallega, as well as pork ribs, lamb and beef fillet, seasonal specialties, various paellas (to seafood, mixed, chicken, black or vegetarian), fidegua (paella with pasta instead of rice) and Iberian pork cheeks.

The wine list includes wines from all the most famous Spanish wineries.

The internal sangria is prepared fresh every day and is a welcome refreshment, especially in summer.
