Le Cygne Blanc Sàrl

The Cygne Blanc Sàrl is a tea room, a bakery, a pastry shop and a bar all in one. Our artisan bakery is the only one in Monthey that produces its own bread and has built its reputation on the famous grandmother's bread (the ancient with a lot of fermentation and mother yeast as it once did), as well as on Sunday's bread (in the shape of a crown) made with egg whites and Montheysanne.

The club has existed for over 30 years (at the beginning it was called Black Swan) and is commonly known as "The cygnes" by regular customers who frequent it. The pastry shop offers excellent Portuguese specialties and will delight you with its custom cakes for birthdays and special occasions simply delicious.

Our tea room is the most modern of Monthey. Renovated 3 years ago, it is high ceiling, with a tree in the center and has a smoking area. Customers can assist in preparing bread and cakes through the door separating the store from the laboratory.
