The story of our butcher shop:

Created in 1948 by Joseph Crettaz, this butcher was detected in 1965 by his son Charly. The latter built a new activity in 1971 in the heart of Botyre village, not far from the old one. In 1992 the torch was collected by his two sons Serge and Stève. In 2006, Stève collected the activity alone
