Cosmetal Ghisla SA

Cosmetal Ghisla SA was born in Biasca in 1969, when Giovanni Ghisla decided to found the anonymous company. After a few years he builds the current workshop in Via Vincenzo Vela 10.

John has conveyed his passion for the profession to his sons Christian and Nicola: both have embarked on the apprentice metal constructor in the father company.

Christian continued his training, obtaining the certificates of metal constructor and master workshop and in 1998 he obtained the diploma of master-metal constructor.

A few years after his brother Nicola followed him on the same training course. After the metal constructor's certificate, he moved to the canton Bern, where he successfully followed the metal constructor's apprentice. He then returned to his father's company, and, at the well-deserved retirement of his father, he joined Christian in the management of the business.

After the premature disappearance of his brother, Nicola took over the direction and continued his formative path, pursuing the certificate of chief workshop and in 2006 the diploma of master metal builder.

PROFESSIONS

Cosmetal Ghisla SA designs, realizes and poses independently, thanks to the competence of its employees: a master metalbuilder, a metalbuilder and designer, a metalbuilder and two workers.

DINAMICITY AND FLESSIBILITY

The company has adapted itself to the new needs of the market and to the current processing methods, with the purchase of modern machinery, in particular for the processing of sheet metals (drawing and bending machine with CNC control). Last year he also bought a van with cranes.

She is interested in the use of new materials and the development of particular projects.

In recent years, special attention has also been given to the internal and external renovation of the workshop spaces, with the aim of making them more functional and comfortable.
