THE RESTAURANTEN Our main dining room with 65 seats, harmoniously decorated in pure Valais tradition, taste the most famous specialties of the local terroir. Under the spotlight: cheese-based dishes, such as our famous raclette with 5 raw milk cheeses, our fondues or our dried meats from our production of mountain pigs and other Valais salami. Our chef also offers a seasonal menu with fresh, authentic and tasty products.

It is an opportunity to discover an almost exhaustive overview of the Vallese terroir. Every week, visitors can taste different wines at the glass, with the possibility to take away all the wines. Our wine card also includes a selection of fine grappas produced in Valais, as well as a collection of old vintages. Please note, however, that we do not produce wines, but we want to be a promotional platform for Valais wine producers.
