The story of Bouygues Energies & Services

The story of Bouygues Energies & Services begins in the last century. In the heating and ventilation sector, its roots date back to the company Sulzer AG, founded in 1834. This company was the pioneer who installed the first steam heating systems in the large hotels of Engadine and Davos and Arosa, about 120 years ago. For many years, Sulzer Infra Ostschweiz AG has been the largest and leading installation company in the region. In 1998, he separated from the Sulzer Group and operated for ten years as Novintec Energie AG. In 2004, Häfeli AG Kälte- und Energietechnik joined the company. In 2008, Novintec was detected by Atel Installationstechnik AG.

In the electrical sector, we also disregard Atel, Aare-Tessin Ltd. for electricity. In the 1990s, Atel acquired electrical installation companies in succession, including Kummler+Matter AG and Elektro-Sanitär AG, with locations in Coira, Sargans, Buchs, Bad Ragaz and Davos.
