In addition to the classic large loaves, our bakers also produce a variety of bread specialities. In our " bread time" can see when his favorite bread is in the store.

At night, when most of us are still dreaming, our bakery begins to come to life. The bakers model the loaves from the dough prepared the day before. There is a large avenue and soon the large oven fills with crispy loaves. Now the master bakers turn their attention to the most 'small' sweets. Croissant, Weggli and other "classical breakfast" enter the oven.
